SIGNTRADE has developed a new textile system solution. The water based printers SIGNRACER W161+, W137+ and W108+ are operated with the new waterbased dispersed dye ink HYDROTEX, which can be used for direct and sublimation printing. In addition SIGNTRADE offers a high quality transfer paper with the ink. The certified system components printer, ink and transfer paper guarantees an optimized transfer result and a long durability of the finished products.
SIGNTRADE follows the route of environmentally friendlier products. All the new inks are either water based or use less harmful solvents. A high-light in the solvent ink market is the new Oxygenium+ ink, which is a further improvement of the Oxygenium, presented in 2008 at FESPA Geneva. Oxygenium+ is a real NON-HAPS product, which stands for non hazardous air pollutants. The ink is not harmful for human beings and the ozone layer and has almost no odour.
All new solvent inks from Signtrade are developed without harmful and aggressive solvents like Cyclohexanone, but still fulfil the highest standards for production requirements.
Another environmentally conscious product is the new single component UV Bio Dome Material. This Doming resin is meeting future EU environmental laws and requires no mixing. This is reducing waste drastically and simplifies production. The UV curing only takes minutes.
